Privacy Policy

Overview
Daymark is designed with your privacy as a priority. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. All information you enter in the app stays on your device and, if you choose, in your personal iCloud account.
Data we do not collect
Daymark does not collect any of the following:
- Personal identification information
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Crash reports sent to our servers
- Photos or media you add to your daymarks
Data stored on your device
All daymarks you create — including titles, dates, photos, and settings — are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs. This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.
iCloud sync
If you are signed into iCloud and have iCloud enabled for Daymark, your daymarks will sync across your Apple devices via Apple's iCloud infrastructure. This sync is managed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how Apple handles iCloud data.
No account required
Daymark does not require you to create an account. There is no sign-in, no email address, and no profile associated with your use of the app.
Third-party services
Daymark does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children's privacy
Daymark does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not collect personal data from any users, regardless of age.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
