Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Daymark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

Daymark grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Use of the app

You agree to use Daymark only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the app

Intellectual property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Daymark are the property of Daymark and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Daymark name, logo, and mark are trademarks of Daymark.

Your content

You retain full ownership of any content you create within Daymark, including event titles, dates, and photos. By using iCloud sync, you agree to Apple's iCloud terms. We do not claim any rights to your content.

App Store terms

Your use of Daymark is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to matters governed by Apple.

Disclaimer of warranties

Daymark is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daymark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Daymark is operated.
