Terms of Use

Acceptance

By using daymark, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use daymark on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store terms.

Your Data

You own what you create in daymark, and we claim no rights to it. Your daymarks are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. We have no copy and cannot recover them for you, so keep your device and iCloud backups up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

App Store Terms

Your use of daymark is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Where these terms and Apple's conflict on a matter Apple governs, Apple's terms apply.

Disclaimer

daymark is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about material changes in the app before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using the app and delete it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
